Vuvie cannot issue Apple App Store or Google Play refunds directly.

Apple App Store: Open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account that made the purchase, and select the Vuvie transaction.

Google Play: Open play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory, sign in with the Google Account that made the purchase, find Vuvie, and use the available refund or problem-reporting option.

If the charge succeeded but membership never activated, try Restore first. If access is still missing, contact us with the receipt so we can check the delivery problem.
